We need to relax, let go and take time for self-care. This unique workshop offers you time to stretch and lengthen during long holds, freeing blockages while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
Emily’s ear acupuncture treatment during an extended shavasana will assist you in deeply unwinding, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Tiny needles will be inserted into specific points on the ears to bring balance to the mind and body. Acupuncture is known to help calm the nervous system and put our bodies and minds into a rest and digest state.
Join us for an evening of unblocking, relaxation, and healing.
Please bring a yoga mat, dress in layers, and wear loose comfortable clothing. Optional: Bring a pillow and blanket for shavasana.
