Through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, I provide strategies to help others unwind, de-stress, and make time for themselves to recharge. I help others develop a connection to their mind and body through breathing, stretching, and reflecting.
New to Yoga, or to My Teaching?
If you appreciate a relaxed, slower pace, with suggestions and permission to modify to help the movements feel right for your body, then you will enjoy my classes. If you want to know how movements impact your body, to find moments of stillness, be more mindful and present, then I’m the instructor for you.

We had an absolutely wonderful private class with Ashley in Bass River, watching the tide come in as she led us gently through poses and relaxation. This is the first time I’ve done yoga that truly works for all levels of abilities
I have been using Ashley’s online classes; They are great for me because I can do them at home whenever I get the time. She’s very relaxed and is great at explaining the poses and what we are trying to accomplish. I have done yoga in the past, but I feel this is the first time I’ve done yoga that truly works for all levels of abilities! Thanks!!
After my first class ever I had better sleep
Ashley knows what she’s doing and makes you feel comfortable so that makes yoga easy – fun & relaxing – which is what it’s all about! After my first class ever I had better sleep (Fitbit agreed with me)!

I attend Ashley’s yoga classes in Noel. Ashley presents yoga with compassion… not only with her self-compassion series but also by encouraging us to listen to our bodies… reminding us to breathe and teaching us to practice yoga for what feels good for “me.” Ashley is a wonderful yoga teacher and if given the opportunity to practice with her, I highly recommend her!

I really enjoy my time with Ashley. I am not flexible and am subconscious practicing yoga but Ashley offers many alternatives and one always works for me
I have done yoga with different instructors, and Ashley is my favorite
I have done yoga with different instructors, and Ashley is my favorite. I cannot do a lot of poses and she stresses to modify which makes me feel I don’t have to get stressed trying to do it her way. Also, I can arrive at a class being full of anxiety, and as soon as I hear her voice, I begin to calm down and let go of everything. Her voice is so soothing, it makes me relax quickly. I love her introductions as she talks about different things to help us in a physical, mental, spiritual, etc way. She recommends many good ideas.
Why Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness?
I practice to make time for myself while honoring and showing gratitude to my body and mind. I slow down, stay balanced, and grounded because I feel renewed as a result. And my goal is that when you practice with me, you will feel the same.
