30 Minute Meditation $50
A meditation practice designed around whatever it is you’re going through: anxiety, insomnia, grief, change, a desire to improve focus and mindfulness. Online sessions are available.

Personalized Online 4 Class Series $200
I will develop a personalized yoga/meditation/mindfulness series for you to practice in the comfort of your home.
- We spend some time discussing what you want to achieve through your practice, as well as any physical concerns that may influence your practice.
- I take all the information we have outlined and develop a series for you, with videos ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
- I review the series outline with you to see if anything needs to be clarified or changed.
- I email you the links of the personalized series videos and/or audio.

Karma/Community Sunday Morning Stretching
Join me live 9am Sunday mornings for a slow flow yoga. Gentle stretches, breathing, relaxation reminders, with a little mindfulness and meditation mixed in.
