Join me for a reflective process where you will consider what lights you up, make a list of what you love and make a self care plan you can commit to.
We’ll sink into a relaxing and slow paced restorative yoga practice. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose. The intentional stillness and long holds of restorative yoga calms the nervous system. During an extend shavasana I will provide a brief shoulder press and temple massage to those who desire it.
Leave class feeling pampered and recharged with a sweet treat and some reminders of just how awesome you are.
