Yoga, mindfulness and meditation provide so many benefits! People new to these activities can be hesitant, but I feel strongly that anyone can explore these practices.
Through this series “Yoga Student’s Speak” you will meet some of my students. They come from diverse backgrounds, they came to my practice for different reasons, and they see a variety of benefits during their practice.

A: To destress.
Q: What are some of your favourite poses or practices and why?
A: Yin yoga/ sustained poses.
Q: What are some of your least favourite poses or practices and why?
A: Anything that requires too much flexibility.
Q: How has your view of yoga/mindfulness/meditation changed over time (if it has)?
A: It has developed positivity over the years. Proven it’s use to me.

A: Time to work on my personal growth.

A: Now is the time! There is no wrong way.
