I have done yoga with different instructors, and Ashley is my favorite. I cannot do a lot of poses and she stresses to modify which makes me feel I don’t have to get stressed trying to do it her way. Also, I can arrive at a class being full of anxiety, and as soon as I hear her voice, I begin to calm down and let go of everything. Her voice is so soothing, it makes me relax quickly. I love her introductions as she talks about different things to help us in a physical, mental, spiritual, etc way. She recommends many good ideas.
