Come join me for a four week series focused on cultivating self-compassion while practicing yin yoga. Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body.
Mats are available on site to use if desired. Contact me with any question or concerns.
Four weeks pre-registered exchange is $50 or drop in for $15 per class without registering.
