Chakra, Yoga & Reiki series finale, a beautiful collaboration of solidifying our understanding of the seven main Chakras through wisdom, Yoga, Sound Bowls and Reiki. Michelle reviews the body’s basic Chakra System. Kristyn creates sound with the bowls while Ashley guides us into poses. Reiki during Savasana is offered by Michelle.
Remember the simple ways to support each Chakra in our day to day routines, we can now better decode what our body may be telling us! The function of each Chakra assists with bringing our bodies into spiritual, emotional, mental and physical balance. Often when we feel struggle, tuning into these Chakra energies can be beneficial for our overall well-being.
This event is open to all and all belief systems and beginner soul seekers are encouraged and welcomed.
