We will discuss why breathing during yoga is helpful and how you can use your breath to reduce stress, help you sleep, quiet your mind and deepen into poses. The evenings gentle flow sequence will be carefully crafted, combining a variety of breathing techniques and yoga poses.
A yoga mat, dress in layers, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Optional: Bring a blanket for shavasana.
